Returns - We're committed to selling high-quality products but we also know that, for one reason or another, there may be a time when you need to return something you've bought. Please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are used. All returns must be done via the website and we RS PET BOUTIQUE LIMITED must give approval before a return is sent back to us (please don't just return the item without contacting us first.)

We aim to ensure all our customers are100% satisfied with our products and service. If, however, you are unhappy with a product or if you change your mind, you can return it to us within 14 days. You should include a copy of the invoice and take reasonable care of it, making sure the product is in an unused state and complete with packaging and all components. We will then refund you the price you paid for the item.

Most things we sell are covered by our 14-day returns policy, so just return them to us unused, in their original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition. We're sorry but some items like Dog/ Cat Bedding can't be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, unless they're faulty.If a product is excluded from our 14-day return pollicy, it is clearly marked within the listing.

Faulty Products - If in the unlikely event there is a fault with a product we will give you a replacement or a refund within the 14-days after purchase if there is no sign of damage clearly caused by the animal. As you can appreciate all animals are different and are unpredictable and while some wont damage the goods purchased for them other will as is their nature and we RS Pet Boutique can not be held responsible for this - If an item has clearly been damaged by your animal and is not due to a product fault we will be unable to issue a refund or exchange. In all cases of a faulty product we will require a picture of the faulty item to be sent to us in order for us to assess the fault. We make every effort to make sure products are packaged as well as possible to make sure they arrive in good condition.

If, however, a product arrives in a damaged state or with defects, or is not what you ordered please inform us straight away and send us a picture in the case of a fault and we will replace it free of charge or provide a full refund as appropriate, if the product is returned to us within 14 days of receipt. We will also pay you for the cost of return postage, in these circumstances. A proof of posting certificate should be obtained from your Post Office to allow us to process the refund for your return postage costs.

We are unable to reimburse special delivery postage costs or costs of returns sent by any other means than the service used to send the product to you originally - if you choose to send it back by any other service this cost transfers to you.

Exchanges - If you wish to exchange a product as we have sent the wrong item , ie: wrong size / colour we will pay for all the postage costs for this exchange , if you however you wish to exchange a product as you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong product , colour or size you will be responsible for the postage costs for the exchange both inbound and outbound (All information on sizes and measurements is within our listings and it is the buyers responsibility to check these sizes and or measurements prior to purchase, we can not accept responsibility for buyers measuring their pets incorrectly so please ensure you measure your pet correctly before you purchase a product , please don't assume as you consider you dog/cat to be a small dog/cat you need to order small please measure your pet as all products can be different sizes and measurements) If you wish to exchange an item we RS PET BOUTIQUE LIMITED must give approval before an exchange is sent back to us (please don't just return the item without contacting us first.)
